Today was mommy's last Friday before going back to school on Monday, therefore, we made an outing to chuck-e-cheese to play. Of course, Ally had so much fun. We also have a new play room which she thinks is cool. Although, it was a lot of work for mommy, the guest room is now a guest room, office and play room. We plan on having a relaxing weekend with a cookout with some friends and the HOT RODS game Sunday.

Great Times with Great Friends!
Yes, I am a little behind, but the craziness of life has begun. Yes, mommy is back at work. However, we were able to enjoy a wonderful few days with our great friends, Brian, Erin, Paisley and baby Layne. (sorry Layne I have no pictures) Ally and Paisley had a blast playing together, and Ally enjoyed eating all the Jennings food. And of course like always, mommy and daddy and Brian and Erin enjoyed spending time together. We even fit in a few games of cards during naps for old time sake. Man was it good to spend time with them. We miss them so much, and thank them so much for their hospitality. It was a great visit. Ally was a champ in the car, which made the trip better. She rode in the car a total of 27 hours. That is a lot of hours in flat land, or should I say boring land. IT was all worth the visit to see friends. Thanks again. Can't wait until next time.

Fun Time at Sesame Street!
This weekend we took another little road trip up to Louisville and then to Henderson to visit with family. While in Louisville, Daddy had meetings, therefore, Ally and mommy went to the Science Museum. It was very cool this week, they had a Sesame Street exhibit. Ally was so excited. We went through it 3 times. It was a very cool and really hands on, but yet included slides and other fun things Ally loves to do. We had a fun time visiting the Sesame Street characters. You really felt as though you were on Sesame Street. We had a nice visit in Henderson as well.

Big Girl Bed!
Well most of you know that our little rug rat is having a lot of trouble sleeping in her bed at night. After many nights of screaming "I'm scared," and a few nights of making herself sick from crying so much, we had to do something. So from the advice of everyone, we were told to put her in her toddler bed. So, as much as it killed me to watch my baby go from a crib to a big girl bed, we did it. We also bought her a new tv for her room, which was an awesome purchase. Maybe we can keep Barney from playing on our tv so much. Last night, she layed in her bed, watched Barney, and within 30 minutes feel asleep. She woke up about 1:00 standing beside our bed. I took her back to her bed and layed with her a while, but she really had a hard time going to sleep. However, for the first night, I'm not going to complain. Daddy and I got a few hours of good rest, while she slept great too. Everyone says its just a stage, so we're praying so. She is the best baby girl ever, but night time is somewhat rough. Like everything else in life, we'll get through it.
Watching them Take Off
After a delay coming home, we finally made it back in a bit after midnight. Our flight was delayed about an hour and a half. It could have been worse. Ally was a champ at flying. She did amazing on the plane, and was glued out the window of the airport watching all the planes take off. You would know when the plane took off from Ally's scream of excitment. Great trip!

Family Pictures
What a wonderful vacation. We honestly were completly surprised at how much Ally enjoyed the water. Every morning she was ready to go to the beach, so much that we almost left our paci in the ocean. She was really ok with it until nap time of course. We leave in the morning for Orlando, and then board the plane about 7:40 tomorrow evening. We are going to do a little shopping between time. We will be very sad to leave. The weather has been absolutly perfect everyday, Ally browned up like a biscuit, and mom and dad we enjoyed spending time together.
We were able to capture some great family pictures on the beach. I'm already planning on ordering my 20X24 picture for my living room wall. It was so funny getting Ally to smile for the camera with no one standing behind the camera. We looked like big dorks on the beach telling Ally to look for Barney in the camera and say cheese. Boy, she had fun doing it. Of course, not only did we look for Barney, we also looked for BJ, Baby Bop, and a farmer. (don't ask why) Either way, Daddy did a great job! We look forward to our next visit to the beach.

Day 4 Vacation
Today we spent the day on the beach and the pool. After dinner we went to the beach for family pictures. These are not the good ones that daddy took, these are just a few snap shots that mommy captured while Daddy was setting up. As you can tell, we are going to have one sad girl come Friday. It's been great listening to her giggles as the waves hit her feet, and the screams of excitment about going to the beach! What a blessing!
