My Temper

Ally hasn't felt well this week. Her fever would come and go! Just think those teeth are coming in soon! At least we hope. However, no one believes that Miss Ally has a temper, so we caught it in action. Notice in the first picture the feet are getting ready to kick as well. I have to admit, even the temper tantrums are soooo cute! I guess you call that "spoiled."

OK- Mommy heard that you give a baby a frozen waffle for teething. OK, NOT MY BABY! I thought I would try it but the next thing I knew, Ally had bit off a huge part of the waffle and was chewing away. I'll admit, It scared me to death at first, but then I realized that she was actually chewing it, so I let her finish it, she loved it! Can you image her with syrup! YUCK! I don't think we will even be doing waffles anymore for a while. To scary for Mommy!

Being Silly

Mommy and Ally missing Daddy while he is in D.C. We thought we would share a smile for him. Mommy can't wait until next week, when she can stay at home and be this silly for the summer.

Another One Just Priceless!

Ally actually loves standing by herself. She only last a few seconds, but she just thinks she is big stuff. How sweet are these pictures? I didn't realize Daddy had taken it! She is just quite the big girl these days! YES, notice the hair bow in her hair. She has lots of fuzz coming in quickly! Mommy is looking forward to the next week being over, so that summer can officially start. Although, Mommy has two summer classes this summer, they are only 3 weeks and mostly online! Therefore, we are looking forward to some traveling with Dad, and hopefully a short vacation sometime in July! We just can't believe our baby girl will be 8 months old soon! They grow so fast! It's Crazy!

This is Ally's new toy box. Of course, you can't even see the toy box with all of the stuffed animals on top of it. She just thought is was so cool to be sitting with all of her animals!

"Pattty Cake Patty Cake"

This is Miss Ally's new thing! When you say "Patty Cake" or "Yea" she decides that she will clap her hands. She is so cute doing it because not only are the hands excited but her feet are going so fast! She started watching the other kids at the babysitters do it, and I guess felt left out so she decided to follow along with them! She has decided to become a belly sleeper snuggled up in the corner of her bed. Her two front teeth are in , but we think some more are coming! We are honestly soaking a clean bib in less than an hour. Mommy can't keep laundry up fast eneogh! Mac and cheese has become are favorite meal, as well as, saltine crackers for a snack! It is something new everyday, but it is SO FUN!

Just Priceless

We had a wonderful graduation weekend! Yea, Mommy! We sat down Saturday afternoon and just started snapping pictures. Funny thing is, we caught some of Ally's facial expressions that are just priceless! Enjoy!

Mother's Day Photos!

What a great 1st Mother's Day it has been! I mean what else could a mom ask for than a healthy beautiful baby girl and a great husband! It was already a great Mother's Day when I woke up to a kiss from Daddy and the sweet voice of Ally playing in her bed. However, the day only got better! Daddy and Ally gave me sweet cards and a keychain locket where Miss Ally's picture will fit perfect. We went to church and then they took me to Nashville for a great lunch and a few hours at the mall. The rest of the evening is R and R, which is much needed!

I have been so blessed! Ally is the light of my world. She makes a long stressful day worth while when I pick her up, and she is smiling from ear to ear with her feet kicking so hard because she is soooooo excited! I just love it! I've prayed all of my life for a great husband, beautiful healthy children, and a successful life. I believe God has answered my prayers! He's AMAZING!

Ally's card read: "there is nothing I like more than to be in your arms." I can truly say back that it means so much for her to be in my arms! I am honored to be her mother and look forward to watching my baby girl grow into a beautiful mother herself some day. (some time longggggggggggggggg from now)

7 Month Old Pictures and Update!

I can't believe our baby girl will be 7 months old on Wednesday. It has flown by. We were discussing today that we would be planning her one year birthday before long. Allyson has taken on so many new things especially these last couple of months. Every day is a new day, and usually a new adventure of some sort. She still loves the camera as you can tell! She eats like a piggy, so we've had to start buying puffs for an in between snack. She just loves them. (Daddy does too) She has also begin sitting in high chairs at restraunts like a big girl and eating some of Mommy and Daddy's food. (baked potatoes and carrots) I've mentioned before, she loves ice cream and Papaw Glenn loves to sneak some chocalate in when he gets the chance! (thanks Papaw) Playing in her bed has become the best. She still sleeps great! In fact, there are many mornings in which we have to wake her up. However, there are those mornings when she wakes up on her own. She has learned to pull the bumper pads and play with them. She is going to be a mess! When Mommy and Daddy walk out of the room, she sometimes begins to pout. Meaning she cries with no tears. Some people call it spoiled, but when your as precious as her, you can't help to spoil her every minute. She loves the ATTENTION! The strangest people can walk up to her and talk, and she grins and even laughs at them. It's just great! Oh yes, we still sing Elmo ten times a day at our hourse. She loves him. She loves the TV and could watch it for hours if we let her. There is just one thing that Mommy hasn't quite figured out, she HATES shoes! She will kick and kick to get them off and usually is successful! I am just floored! We just love watching her grow everyday, but then again are sad by the fact that she has grown so fast already!
