Monkey Business

My little monkey being just that. We enjoyed a great weekend. A small trip to Nashville for supper and an outing at the mall, daddy shot his first wedding,(the pictures already look great), and church Sunday morning. We are looking forward to fall break next week. Although, its going to be a busy week. However, we are looking forward to Ally's birthday and our trip to Chatanooga to visit the aquirium and the Chatanooga choo choo.

Dirty So Fast

One of Ally's favorite things to do these days, color on the sidewalk. Tonight she was content with drawing herself on the sidewalk. Of course, I didn't change her into old clothes before playing outside, so you can just imagine how nasty she was. Ally was really glad to have her friend Alyssa come and play for a few minutes while they delivered our new swimming pool. With the weather like it is, we really wanted to use it, but next summer it will be nice.

Great Weekend

Great Weekend! We were able to visit with Nana and Papaw. We took them to Jackson's Orchard. Papaw got to experience the big slide they have while riding down with Ally. We also enjoyed some great Peach ice cream. I forgot to take my camera. We would of have had some great picturest to share.Today we spent the day with church, and then home while Ally took a 2 1/2 hour nap. Daddy slept too, and mommy worked on lesson plans. Much Needed! Then we played outside on this beautiful day while daddy grilled a great supper.

Ally's new favorite thing to do is echo everything, I mean, EVERYTHING you say. The phrase "shut the door" has stuck. She says it all of the time. We have been busy planning our 2nd birthday party, which is just around the corner. It's really hard to hide presents from an almost two year old, who is into EVERYTHING.

Toys and More Toys

I finally got the playroom cleaned up (somewhat) and within seconds destroyed. We have an ongoing tornado in our house. Look at all those toys, and she thinks she needs a toy everytime you go into a store. Should I say, spoiled. Oh well, thats what us parents are for, right! My sweet girl!

One of her favorite things to do. Rub lotion EVERYWHERE. Including the couch! It at least spelt good afterwards!

Enjoyed a few hours with the Kerr Gang last weekend. Wes was able to capture a few pics of the cousins all together. Too cute! Ally also stayed all night with them for the first time. I think they all had a great time, but her and Mallory were just too excited. I think they are already planning their next sleepover. Hopefully, the tooth fairy has been kind to Hunter. Check out those teeth, or shall I say, "what teeth." (haha)

WOW, we've had some beautiful weather. Ally decided since football season has arrived, she would practice some of her skills. Gotta love my girl!!!!!

Me and My Girl

Oh my I am such a bad mommy waiting of course this late again to post. I am so behind. Too be real honest Ally isn't quite the camera girl anymore. She doesn't sit still long eneogh. So as we had cuddle time this afternoon, we decided to take a picture or two. Ally is quite the ham these days. Her vocabulary is unbelievable. Every day there is a new word and so plain. It really blows my mind. She has gotten so tall, and finally getting that hair to grow. She is doing better with her new bed, while we still haven't made it all night. We will surely get there. Anyhow, sorry for not posting sooner, its just that with a "2" year old, my feet really are moving at all seconds of the day. As I am typing right now, she is all over me. Too funny!
