Back to Reality

Well today was back to reality for all of us around the Kerr house. We have greatly enjoyed our time off as a family. Ally is just so fun, we just loved having 2 weeks home with her. She did great going back to Mrs. Anna. In fact, she gave me a big grin, waved bye bye, and cried as usual when I picked her up. She loves playing with her friends. Mrs. Anna thought she grew 2 feet over the break, and I have to agree with her. She has slimmed down so much, but has gotton so tall. Hum, just like her daddy. We had a great break and looking forward to what fun exciting times 2010 will bring.

oh, and yes, papaw Glenn, they are calling for snow here by the end of the week, so as all school teachers do, I am doing my snow dance in hopes of a short week.

Check out how long her hair is getting. I am hoping that doggy ears will be possible by our 2nd birthday.

Christmas Celebrations

Well Christmas began a bit rough this year as everyone in our house had the stomach bug. Ally had it Monday, Daddy Tuesday, Mommy Wednesday night. Therefore, we all felt awful for the first part of the Christmas holiday. We were able to get Mommy out of bed for an hour or so Christmas Eve to open a few presents. As you can tell Ally loved opening the gifts. She was so excited about what was going to be inside those packages. After sleeping well Thursday night, Christmas morning we felt better. However, as the week has progressed Ally isn't feeling much better. We hope to all ring in the NEW YEAR well. All in All, we can't complain. We had a wonderful Christmas and a great mini vacation with the familyafterwards.

CHRISTMAS MORNING

We all were feeling some better Christmas morning to enjoy the gifts that Santa brought. Ally must have been a good litttle girl, because Santa treated us all well. Then we headed to Henderson to celebrate Christmas with the rest of the family. Ally received so much. ThANKS FOR ALL OUR WONDERFUL GIFTS.

Mini Vacation

Sunday afternoon we headed to Pigeon Forge for a mini vacation with my aunt Amy, Uncle Chris and the cousins. We did a little shopping, fun eating, and then headed to the indoor water park. We really thought Ally would love the park, but considering that ole bug hasn't completly left our system, Ally didn't enjoy it as much as we hoped. However, we look forward to another time when the tummy is all better so we can splash.

The Bug has Invaded

By the looks of things you would never guess that I cut back on Christmas this year. Fun Fun! Well the bug has hit our house this week. Ally was up all night Monday night throwing up. Poor thing it was awful. Then Daddy woke up this morning throwing up. Oh my! I am hoping that those teachers immune systems kicks in this week and that all are feeling better tomorrow. Pray for us!

Please don't look at how I look, but with only a few hours of sleep the last couple of days. Pretty good considering. I captured a bit of a smile out of my sick baby girl.
