Me and My Girl

Oh my I am such a bad mommy waiting of course this late again to post. I am so behind. Too be real honest Ally isn't quite the camera girl anymore. She doesn't sit still long eneogh. So as we had cuddle time this afternoon, we decided to take a picture or two. Ally is quite the ham these days. Her vocabulary is unbelievable. Every day there is a new word and so plain. It really blows my mind. She has gotten so tall, and finally getting that hair to grow. She is doing better with her new bed, while we still haven't made it all night. We will surely get there. Anyhow, sorry for not posting sooner, its just that with a "2" year old, my feet really are moving at all seconds of the day. As I am typing right now, she is all over me. Too funny!

Finally Getting to Play Outside

Oh thank goodness for some cooler weather. It actually was only in the 80's today so we spent the evening outside. Of course, Ally being her goofy self was trying to learn how to throw a frisbee. I think that might be a skill we learn in school.

My Big Girl These Days

Another great weekend at the Kerr house. Daddy played golf on Saturday while mommy and Ally went to a pool party. I forgot to take my camera. Last night we stayed home and made dinner and had some much needed R&R. After church today, we enjoyed lunch out with friends and then returned home for a nice short visit with Nana, Papaw, and Great Aunt Brenda. Ally spent most of the time showing off. Yep, that would be our daughter. We haven't taken many pictures of Ally at all due to just busy life. I know thats not much of an excuse, but I'm going to use it. After Ally got her dress on for church this moring, she was the one saying "dress pitty, pictures." So, here came the camera!

Quite the Cook

Helping Daddy make yummy fruit salad. The problem was as she was putting the strawberries in she was eating the grapes out of the bowl. Needless to say we had to add more grapes.

All the Toys and She Wants a Phone

Well since mommy got a new phone, I think Ally likes playing with it more. Oh well, it keeps her very content and she actually learns a lot from the many children's apps. As you will see below, Ally enjoyings playing with the animal app, making faces, and of course talking on the phone. So much fun

It's Been A While

Once again its been a while. With the busy schedule we've had this week, we haven't had the camera rolling much. Mommy has been late almost everyday and with trying to get back into the early bed time routine, we've just been busy. However, we tried to capture a few shots of Ally in her favorite dress after church today, she didn't mind it too much at first but from the pictures below you can probably guess which one she began to get angry. We've said it all along, behind those pretty curls and beautiful brown eyes, there is a temper, but we sure do love her!

School Time

Well summer is officially over, today was the first day back at school and back to early bedtimes. Ally has taken on playing school herself. Her new favorite thing to do is color or get a pen and draw. She stays content with it. She had a great day back with all of her friends at the babysitters, and mommy had a great day at school. Now we are just tired, and ready for night night. Thanks daddy for taking me this morning so that I didn't have to be at the Mrs. Anna's before 7. Way to early!
